At Air Place, we make renting a high-quality aviation headset easy and affordable. But what happens when you’re done with your rental? Whether you’ve finished flight training, upgraded to your own headset, or simply no longer need it, returning your headset is a straightforward process. Here’s everything you need to know about sending your Air Place headset back hassle-free.
Step 1: Visit our Website or Contact Us
When you’re ready to return your headset, visit the Air Place website. From there, navigate to the return page, where you’ll find the option to initiate a return form. If you have any issues or prefer to handle it another way, simply contact us at airplaceusa@gmail.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Step 2: Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label
Once you request a return, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. That means no extra cost or hassle figuring out postage – just print the label and you’re good to go. If you don’t have access to a printer, let us know, and we can arrange for a label to be mailed to you.
Please note that there may be a delay in receiving your label, but if more than 24 hours has passed without contact from us please confirm it is not in a spam or junk folder of your email. If not, please reach out at airplaceusa@gmail.com.
Step 3: Pack Your Headset Securely
To ensure the headset arrives safely, pack it securely in its original case and manufacture's box. Then box up in a shipping box. Make sure the microphone, ear cups, and cables are all properly stored to avoid damage.
Step 4: Drop It Off and Track Your Return
Take your packaged headset to any drop-off location for the carrier specified on your shipping label. Most of the time it will be USPS. If you need to use a specific carrier, please let us know when contacting to initiate the return. Once it’s shipped, you can track your return to ensure it reaches us safely. Keep the tracking number for your records in case you need to reference it.
Step 5: Confirmation and Subscription Cancellation
As soon as we receive your headset and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process the return and cancel your subscription. You’ll receive an email notification letting you know everything is complete.

Return it on time: If you plan to end your rental, be sure to initiate the return before your next billing cycle to avoid extra charges.
